1.Needs assessment We will keep close relationship with you to understand your needs and present suitable candidate to you. We will spend a lot of time to communicate with you and your senior management to understand your request for our better cooperation.
2.Market research We will research and list out the target companies. Approach the potential candidate through all possible channels including our data base and network in the industry. Screening out the short-listed candidates based on client¡¯s request.
3.Interview and assessment We will interview with the candidates after the market search. We will try to get all information about candidates¡¯ work experience, education background, language skills and professional certifications. At the same time, we also evaluate whether his personality, management style and motivation are suitable for your company and provide an evaluation report to you.
4.Present candidates We will present short-listed candidate to you (within 5 work days normally) and arrange the interviews for you. We will communicate closely with both sides to make it efficiently.
5.Reference We will check all the information about the candidate and conduct site reference check when present the candidate. We will also provide a details reference report to the client in case the client needs.
6.Salary negotiation We not only help to find the suitable candidate for our client, we also negotiate salary, benefits and on-board date for both sides. As the partner of our client and the consultant of our candidate, we provide a reasonable package for both sides¡¯ reference. Of course, the final decision depends on the client.
7.Follow up and promise After the candidate on board, you will need some time to work with each other well. We will communicate with both sides and follow up the status.
If the successful candidate could not pass the probation we will provide replace to our client. If we could not present suitable candidates within 45 days after the candidate left, we will refund half of the consulting fee.
