Mission:
-Plan, develop and implement the overall quality programs, including quality assurance, document control, quality systems and quality systems training activities throughout the business.
-Manage the purchasing engineers team on their quality competence development and respect of the quality procedures during product development and porduction
-Provide management analysis and reports regarding the achieved level of product quality and reliability and make recommended actions for improvements.
-Plan and organise the quality and social audit in suppliers
-Manage the quality improvement in key suppliers
-Monitor and analyse customer returns and defective products. Determine the root cause and implement appropriate correction actions.
-Develop, implement and maintain Quality inspection plans and procedures, and defines the performance indicators
PROFILE:
-Have 3-5 years quality management experience in a Fortune 500 company
-Bachelor degree in science or engineering
-Have significant experiences with statistical analysis
-Is familiar with ISO quality system and SA8000
-Good communication skill and team spirit
-Strong management sense and is willing to further develop management skills and responsabilities
-Able to travel frequently
-Like sports
-Fluent in English, French will be a plus, good computer skill |
