Qualifications:
1. BS Degree or above in IE/ME/EE/Quality Management
2. Minimum 8 years relevant experience, 2 years in managerial position
3. Leadership skills like change management problem solving skills, team player, good communication and good presentation skills
4. Knowledge in SMT Process
5. Knowledge in ISO 9000/14000, QS 9000
6. Experience in Quality System implementation
7. Experience on supplier quality management
8. Hands-on on driving material issue closure
9. Excellent English
Responsibilities:
1. Build up SQE team
2. Drive on supplier quality improvement
3. Maintain and enhance supplier management system and procedures
4. Schedule and drive supplier Quality System Audit and Process Audit
5. Organize monthly and quarterly supplier review/appraisal |
